Dog Trainers


We're searching for reliable, responsible, exceptional dog trainers to join a lovely and successful dog behavior modification team. To be considered for one of the positions trainers must:


be certified by a reputable dog training program,


be able to use positive reinforcement techniques and diagnose a dog's behavioral issues, 


be well-acquainted with effective training aid equipment


have a car and be willing to collect/drop off dogs on occasion.


Ideally, the candidate will also have excellent people skills and have successfully addressed dog aggression issues through proven, scientific methods. 


Happy to consider candidates who are looking for full or part-time hours. Depending on experience full time positions are between $31,000 and $37,000 a year.

House Managers


Our house managers will work and live at our dog training houses (rent free) and be responsible for the day to day running of the property as well as managing the none training aspects of the dogs care while they stay with us. To be considered for the role you must:


have previous experience managing multiple dogs schedules at once,


have a calming effect on shy, anxious and sometimes aggressive dogs,


enjoying spending time with dogs on a one on one basis helping them to acclimate to their new surroundings and making sure their needs are met,


Be willing to move into the doghouse alongside another team member and care for dogs if they need it during the night OR be willing to live locally and stay for multiple night shifts during the week,

Pay is completely based on experience and whether you take 1 of the 2 rooms at a dog house.



Our image is less Doggy Bootcamp and more doggy resort/rehab. This means we'll need more than just a lawn to keep our pups active, interested and happy during their stay. The gardener's job will be to create and maintain this oasis for dog's and clients alike. With a new house opening soon you'll also get the opportunity to help design a large garden from scratch. To be considered for the role you must:


have experience as a gardener in the California area and be familiar with plants that thrive in the local climates,


have some form of experience of being around dogs,


be available on a part-time basis throughout the week.


This is a fantastic opportunity to supplement your own freelance work with a stable income. Pay is completely dependent on experience.
