Terriers and Terrier Mix pups come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and breeds. Because of their natural instinct to hunt and be independent, they generally require training from a young age. Without it, they have a tendency to become snappy (especially with ankles), aggressive towards larger dogs (especially on leash) and overly protective of their owners and loved ones from 'new threats'. The most popular Terrier breeds at the moment include Yorkshire Terriers (Yorkies), Boston Terriers, Miniature Schnauzers, West Highland Terriers (Westies), Wheaten Terriers, Airedale Terriers, Scottish Terriers (Scotties) and Jack Russell Terriers.

At CORE Dog we've trained so many Terriers and Terrier Mixes that we're extremely confident in being able to introduce the right line of communication between you and your pup to ensure they become the best possible companion for you and your family. The below gallery shows just a few of the terriers we've trained and looked after in the past.
